     Rosemary

Rosemary essential oil (Rosmarinus officinalis CT 1,8 Cineol) is a steam-distilled oil taken from the flowering plant. It smells like... you guessed it, rosemary! But much stronger than the plant, very herbaceous, and woody with "evergreen undertones".

In addition to its many physical properties, rosemary is also said to have an effect on the memory, opening the conscious mind, and assisting in learning.

Primary Benefits

Supports healthy digestion

Supports healthy respiratory function

Helps reduce nervous tension and fatigue

Emotional Benefits

Emotionally and spiritually, rosemary oil gives us the potential for mental expansion, clarity, and insight ~ something that can be especially useful during transition and change. It helps us to process what's happening around us and within us consciously, instead of burying it with distractions. In doing so it can create both a sense of trust in the process of Life, as well as confidence in our ability to navigate it with ease.
