Flu Home Remedy


Fight Flu Season With This Healthy Home Remedy

Put these all together for a Healthy Home Remedy.

Items needed:

  • 6 cups distilled water

  • 1 whole lemon

  • 2-3 tablespoons of fresh ginger root (slice up into medium pieces)

  • 5-6 crushed garlic cloves (crush with flat end of knife – no need to cut up)

  • ¼ to ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (to taste)

  • Honey – amount to taste

Instructions:

  1. Add water in a medium saucepan.

  2. Add juiced lemon and entire lemon rind, ginger root and crushed garlic cloves.

  3. Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer (medium heat). Allow it to cook for about 15 minutes. The liquid will become darker in color and fragrant.

  4. Add cayenne pepper.

  5. Strain and discard off contents keeping liquid.

  6. Add honey to taste to each individual serving.
