Each CGM sensor provides 14 days of continuous monitoring, giving you 336 hours of uninterrupted data about glucose responses.

For meaningful insights and lasting change, we typically recommend longer monitoring periods. Our 3-month packages are popular because they allow clients to track long-term trends, including glucose fluctuations, fasting glucose, average glucose levels, and time spent in the optimal range of 70–110 mg/dL.

The real value comes from continuous monitoring over time rather than point-in-time snapshots. This extended data collection helps you see patterns in how your glucose responds to food, exercise, stress, sleep, and lifestyle choices—providing the actionable insights needed to make informed health decisions and create sustainable behavioral changes.
